This review is for the service department ! These guys are good at what they do! Upfront pricing and they try to accommodate you in any way possible . Never a problem or concern at Hendricks .
It took almost two hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. That speaks to extremely poor customer service. Prior to this it had only taken 1 hour and that is what I had expected. Poor.
