Excellent Service.
Ian’s attention to detail sets him apart. He explained trim levels, maintenance expectations, warranty coverage, and even walked me through the tech setup after the purchase. It’s clear he cares about long‑term customer confidence, not just closing a sale.
Ian was fantastic, quick, honest, and incredibly helpful. He found the perfect car for me and made the process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend him for straightforward car shopping.
I've been meaning to leave this review since I got my car last week. But I want to say thank you to the Hendrick Family for helping my family get into a car. The process was shaky, but they did everything in their power to help out. And I appreciate the effort. The manager, Luis, I believe, and Salesperson, Q (I don't want to butcher his name) got me and my family into an upgrade! And we are most appreciative of them and thankful for the Hendrick family.
Ian was such a joy to work with. He had an answer to every question I had and was very helpful. Will definitely be back.
