I also bought a 2014 Ram 1500 from Hendrick in Cary and have to admit there sales dept are great to a point ..they have to stop the oil change packages unless the put a Express lane in ..I have tried to use my oil changes at least 6 times ...The first 2 time took over 2 hours for an oil change ...that is a joke the next four times ..they told me it was at least an hour and a half so I walked out and just took it to Only tire and spent the $30 ...but it was done in 15 min,,, My wife has a 2014 Jeep wrangler that we bought fr... read more

Sales staff and finance department do a good job putting you into a vehicle. Service after the sale is virtually non-existent. The service department is impossible to reach because they do NOT answer the phone, nor do they return messages. I bought an oil change program (a mistake I won't make again) that has been worthless to me because scheduling an appointment for an oil change is all but impossible. I finally reached someone in the finance department to cancel the program and get a refund -- less a $50 cancellation fee... read more
