I was very impressed with the quality of the work but especially with the quality of the people at Hendrick Honda Collision Center South ! They performed outstanding quality work on my daughter's car, resulting from a very minor accident. Great service. John Miller was friendly and attentive, even giving high fives and talking to my squirmy two-year-old. He explained the services I needed, pointed out a playroom for my daughter to use, and came and got us when our car was finished. I was very satisfied with my service at Hendrick Hobda.

I have had my Honda serviced at Hendrick since I bought it. The service advisors are professional and communicate in detail about what is going on with the car. I worked with Clarissa Parks on my recent visit and had a great experience. I would strongly recommend Hendrick service and Clarissa Parks. I had routine maintenance done and a repair. All was done in the time specified and done well. I have confidence in Hendrick and in being treated honestly and respectfully.

The service department is one of the main reasons I have bought from Hendrick Honda for many years. When Tommy Vickery was promoted, I thought I would have to start all over in building a relationship in the service department. After making my first visit since Tommy left, I have that confidence in Danny Cannon that he will take care of my needs on the vehicles that I bought from Hendrick.
Jim Burrows did a nice job and made me feel welcome. My car was ready when promised and Jim explained the service in detail. The price was fair and the facilities are superb.
When I got there, I had to wait while two of the male workers leered at me without alerting any of their coworkers to help me or even approach me to let me know on the wait. I was on time for an appointment I had already booked. However, when I was actually helped by Jeffrey and a woman whose name I can't remember, the service was excellent. Perhaps the other workers could learn from them!
Corey Reynolds was a wonderful, young salesperson who helped us with our pre-owned Honda purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Thanks, Corey!
