Had labs for PA Martin, then seen PA Martin. Quick and easy. Great friendly staff
Four stars because I had to get my toe cut! But the person who saw me (abbylin) was so kind and made me very comfortable!
You can't get through by phone to a doctor or nurse. At the appointment the doctor says call if you need anything. Wrong, you can't call. The phone automation also says, "If you would like to take a survey press 1." No, that doesn't work either. Hendrick is quick to take your money but you can't get any help. And Hendrick never fixes the phone problem.
It is 7:16am....I call and voicemail says it's closed. 🤦🏾♀️ Really???
Unfortunately, I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week now with no success the automated system will not place me through and when I call another Hendrick number I am transferred over to the same failing automated system. If anyone could provide me with an operable number to make an appointment it is greatly appreciated.
