Dr Vallejo is great, but her nurse is evil. She isn't flexible, lacks emapthy, and is totally a high school mean girl on a power trip. Everything is done HER way or the highway, even if it puts the patient at risk. The amount she's willing to listen you goes down the more you piss her off, but it's not high to begin with. I genuinely believe I could be bleeding out in the waiting room and she'd tell me off for something. Fire everyone and close the place. One of the biggest headaches and waste of time in the entire world. Need anything including a test don’t bother. You will be lied to, gaslighted and they will close for two whole days without notice.
The Staff were great and Doctor's Friendly, but lacked experience . the facillity's were nice .there is no surgion on staff at the Hispital ER but having a lab on location helps , as well as Hellicoptor service to a level 1 trama center at Scott and White, Temple Texas.
Be ready to wait an hour then finally get to be seated in a room and then wait another 30mins for the doctor to finally walk in. Don’t go here!
