I've heard many horror stories about this dealership in the past but sometimes things and people change for the better...and sometimes they don't. I visited this "stealership" this week to test drive a Jeep and to see if their prices were as ridiculously high as I've heard. Unfortunately, I wasn't disappointed. I took my Jeep to Hendrik thinking that it being OEM would get the Job done. I'll admit I was an idiot in telling them all I have is 2K and can't go over that. My car engine light was on and when they diagnosed it they said they needed to change some sort of tank and the cost on that was $800. They asked if they could do a whole bunch of other things and Since it was in my budget I said yes. When I saw the bill, they charged $120 for the labor of changing spark plugs... It's a sad day when you have to give up on a once loved Jeep dealership. Their serves department is totally UNACCEPTABLE. My Jeep is now worse off before I took it in. They care nothing about you.
Most horrible service department in America. They Lie, they are dishonest, they definitely do not pride themselves on customer service. If you need any service done to your vehicles, I advise you to stay clear of this company. I'm not speaking from just one incident. I learned the hard way. I kept going back. No more. They really need to fix themselves.
The worst customer service from any dealer I have dealt with recently. They just are not worth the hassle. I suggest avoiding this dealership altogether.
Be careful they suggest services not always needed!
