Unsatisfactory customer service. Spoke to 4 different people. Waited/Still waiting over a week to get information about repairs for my jeep. Waited/Still waiting over a week to speak to member of management to express my concerns. Unacceptable! Worst automotive customer service I've ever experienced.

I Have been to both Chevrolet and Dodge Both let me drive a Truck I could not have me begging them not to I explained I have a Very sick Grandbaby and need a way to take her to Hospital and both did me that way I even called told both of them Please don,t make me drive down there For a truck I couldn’t have Not sure why they think that’s good business.
