Hendrick Hoover has had our vehicle for a WEEK, after we were told that we would have diagnostics within in 24-48 hours, since they just had it for 2 months putting in a new transmission 2 months ago. Now, we are being told they haven’t even looked at it and probably won’t until next week. We were also told they couldn’t give us a loaner until they knew if they are responsible. Just purchased a 2020 Cherokee from Hendrick Jeep and couldn't possibly be happier with the vehicle. Desmond Gray was our salesperson. He was super friendly and communicated well with us.
