Another Update- Called and got someone live on the phone and Chris was too busy to talk. This update - Still no phone call from the GM. Another Update - Receptionist stated I would receive a call from the GM this morning. Still no word. Update. Nobody likes to get a recall notice on their vehicle. I was advised to contact Hendricks Service department, and I’m glad I did! I’d never been there before and understandably hesitant. The lady who confirmed my appointment time (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was friendly over the phone. When I arrived, the young man (I did catch his name) greeted me immediately and began the check-in process. Cody was super friendly, but more than that, he explained exactly what the recall entailed.
