The service team is great. Scheduling was easy and straightforward.
My service consultant is great-but I have a reoccurring problem with the battery in the key fob constantly needing to be replaced even though it was just replaced a few days ago or the same day a new battery from the dealership is put in it. Its frustrating as they opened a ticket with GM and GM doesnt want to do anything. No one can tell me what the problem is or why it keeps happening.
It was great! I'm new to this dealership, they go up and beyond and seem to be very friendly and honest.
