I purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT4 from this dealer. The purchase process was fine and they were very helpful. My issue is with the service department. I have an issue on my XT4 with less 1300 miles on it. I have called the dealer and ask for help. The person that answers the service line obviously is just an order taker and has no ability to really do much.
