Chris Goodman did an extraordinary job making sure I understood all of my Escalade’s features before driving home. He has been more than happy to answer any questions since my purchase 2 months ago. He was not pushy which would have definitely turned me off to buying there. I felt he was sincere, honest and knowledgeable.
