I have a 2025 Cadillac Optiq, which I absolutely love! Today I brought it to Hendrick for a minor sensor issue, and I want to brag on my Service Advisor, Sebastian. His professionalism, vehicle knowledge, communication and outstanding customer service was so impressive. Hendrick Cadillac, Sebastian is a young man who should be commended for his outstanding work and how well he represents you with your customers. Cadillac's future is bright indeed!
Best car buying experience that I've had, and i don't keep cars for very long! Maybe 4 years, tops. There was no pressure to buy, and none of that back and forth haggling crap. I was very happy with the price they gave me for my trade, and i feel they gave me the best price for my new CT5 Suoer Cruise. Jeremy H. has been my service advisor twice now and he is great at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The service center even sent a Lyft to pick up my with my car was ready.
I had a great experience at Hendrick. They have always taken care of me and my Cadillac. Lee was so helpful So good my son bought a Cadillac from them! My prior review was accidentally a 3 instead of 5 as it should be. ( chubby digits)
