Recently I had a visit involving issues with the sunshade and had a claim put in under the cars warranty. Ive purchased 2 vehicles through Hendricks. The first was a 2025 Cadillac CT5 and the following year a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali. The sales went perfectly and I thought both were decent enough deals. The reason for the 3 stars is their warranty response. The paint on the front end of my GMC started to peel off. I thought since my sales experience was so good, it would be no problem. Wrong. Greg Hamilton and the entire service department are the best! They’re professional, responsive, honest, and just make the whole process easy. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had at any dealership. Greg always takes the time to explain what’s going on and makes sure everything is taken care of. The level of service we’ve received here is honestly part of the reason we’re likely adding a second GMC to our garage. Great team and great experience all around!
The Oil Change was very fast and staff is helpful and they also provide good service to the cars and they tell what is wrong fast and quick and the Oil Change is free
