I would never take my vehicle here. Try to call them multiple times and can never get someone on the telephone or will not call back. Had my truck up there for 4 weeks to take care of warranty issues that under extended warranty and could never get rid of revolution on it and finally took my truck back. I’ve tried multiple times to follow up and have left several messages and yet to get a return call back. Pretty upsetting when you pay an extra $6000 for extended warranty and get responses like this.

The length of time the vehicle was in for service was unacceptable. Circumstances suggested there were several days that the vehicle sat idle with no activity. Communication during this period was non-existent. After almost a week of waiting, the Service Consultant was contacted, who ultimately turned the experience around, resolving the condition the vehicle had been taken in for.
