The Oil Change was very fast and staff is helpful and they also provide good service to the cars and they tell what is wrong fast and quick and the Oil Change is free

Was lied to about the availability of a loner car while mine was being serviced. When scheduling service if your appointment is say 1pm and it will take 2 hours, if you wait they will take it in. However if you have the same appointment time and you drop it off they fit it in whenever, so your appointment time is not honored. Never had this issue with Ford. This is my first GMC, never again, I tell people to stay away from Hendrick GMC in Cary

We were notified that the service we scheduled was covered under warranty, and there was never any mention of a fee being expected up front or after the service was completed. IT was notified that we would drop the car off the night before and pick it up the day after the services were completed. We received a personal email indicating we could come get the car, it was done, and still no mention of any fees being expected.
