Best customer satisfaction ever
I don't normally do reviews, but this was very warranted. I had an issue with my Sierra that was covered under warranty. I took it in for service, and JB from their Service Department made the whole process easy and seamless. He went above an beyond to make sure I was happy and kept in the loop as the issue was resolved. 5 Stars for sure!

Hendrick GMC, Cary has had my 2017 GMC Denali 2500HD for 2 months. The truck has 40,000 miles and somehow blew a head gasket. They have been telling me the truck will be done in a week, for 8 weeks. This has been the worst service experience of my life. Bought the truck new from them, never again...
This place is soooo much better then the one in Durham!! I am rather picky when it comes to cars. James B. helped me every step of the way, and kept looking for other options as my list got longer and longer. He is patient and determined to get you exactly what you need! Service time while waiting was a bit long however since I purchased this second car from Hendrick I expect to get what is needed in terms of maintenance. Staff was pleasant
