Took car in for regular maintenance and to have two issues looked at (again!). Maintenance was completed quickly but neither issue was corrected. It seems that unless a Code appears the issue doesn’t exist. Everybody knows that’s not true. I suppose that after the “bumper to bumper” expires these issues will be easily found and repaired at my expense.
RecommendedMr Lewis Brown was my sell person.. I would recommend him to any one looking for Buick or GMC or Cadillac well manner well respectable and humble very nice gentleman ..i would give him 10 for being the best.

JB in Service was very helpful and made sure my vehicle was completely inspected and repaired before giving it back to me. The building was very clean and definitely prepared for Social Distancing. I really appreciated the kind service.
Service dept is rude and didn't notify of a radius limit change for pick up upon booking. As someone who has bought 2 cars from here and recieved service, I expect someone not to blame me for not knowing since it isnt listed on their website to notify me prior to booking. The radius is 15 miles and I'm 11 miles, so still not sure how I do not meet the radius. Do better.

Awesome Experience. From the time I walked in to the time we left. They bent over backwards to try and help me make surprise my wife with her new Acadia. Even went as far to put a giant Bow on it for when she first saw it. Nate you were awesome every step of the way! Definitely Will continue to send family and friends!
