A salesman named Devon Bond showed me several SUV's. We also went on a test-drive in one of them. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He knew every feature of these SUV's and was able to answer every question I threw at him. Although those BMW Geniuses are superb, they have nothing on Devon!! He doesn't look like much, but he is very friendly, personable, and smart. You'll definitely want him as your BMW rep.
