Hendrix BMW Northlakes has always given us great service but after Jeff Day became our service advisor that experience was taken to the next level. Jeff always listens to our needs and makes sure our X3 is always in top condition.
The Service experience has become impersonal along with the lack of taking the extra mile. I took my bmw 740 in for service relating to a suspension fault and received a quote for $4400 via text message. I informed Jeff that I currently have an extended warranty, but they will only cover market rate on cost and labor. Jeff stated again via text that the warranty company will only cover $2700 of the quote and my out of pocket cost would be $1700. Incredible process and fantastic customer service!
Very good experience getting my car serviced. I waited for service and it was completed in less time than expected. Courteous service advisor was very informing.
Quick and painless, they gave me everything I want and my sales guy Cole was phenomenal! Highly recommend btw their service department is top notch and a very nice upgraded lounge and showroom floor this Hendrick dealership is definitely the one to buy from!
