My diagnostic was thorough, although I decided not to get the recommended service because I was quoted $4300 for the repair (probably half the value of the vehicle). But what I was disappointed about was how my car looked when I picked it up. The exterior was covered in dirt and dust. I was told that the courtesy car wash may not be functioning. I was not happy that when I dropped out my vehicle it was spotless (I’m pretty OCD) and when I picked it up it looks like it had been in a monster truck rally.
