I always request David Owen as my advisor when it is time to service my 2017 X3. He explains issues well and I find him to be an honest and pragmatic advisor. This time, I received two new tires, a wheel alignment, a recall fix and an oil change. The service was done in a timely manner and David quickly followed up on a question I had regarding the alignment.
