A little disappointed, excellent service, the salesperson who helped me was exceptional, CPO car arriving at home with a warning that the radiator was missing coolant, tires with more than 59psi, the same ones scratched before the purchase, the promised touch up was never done

I loved my experience at Hendrick BMW. Joshua Wilson was a pleasure to work with. His communication was great and I felt heard in terms of what I was looking for. He was also respectful and answered my answers directly.
