Great service as usual. My maintenance service advisor Everardo Diaz is very helpful and efficient. The technician inspection video and explanation is very detailed. Definitely recommend the service.
Note that is is not possible to provide 0 stars. Ive come to this business for years, but had a dangerous experience while coming for service this month (8/26). I am confident the dealership violated the North Carolina Motor Vehicle Repair Act, when they installed a different set of tires on my car than we had agreed in the estimate in the morning.
