This review is generally for the service department and globally for Hendrick Automotive. In short, I purchased a 2023 Wagoneer which turned out to be a lemon. It has been in and out of shops across the east coast mostly for electrical issues. I had a recent electrical/engine issue and took it to Hendrick since thats where I purchased the vehicle.
