Great service
As a conglomerate of dealerships in the Southeast, I purchased a Subaru from Hendrick in Alabama. My Salesperson was awesome, the rest of the team I had to deal with, not so much. What should have been a simple process took 4.5 hours due to the high pressure constant sales push for extended warranty and other "extras"(at least 8 different times we declined ). Oil and Filter change was quick and felt good about getting Toyota parts.
The appointment was for 1:30. Car was not touched till after 2:30 and not completed until 3:45.
