They came to my house, both of them shook my hand saying our post-Helene tree removal would be between $2,500 and $3,000. After almost 2 weeks, we got the estimate. We added 1 additional tree to be removed, which would increase the cost. The estimate? $9,000!!!!! This coming from people "who wanted to help out their community." They quoted me $1,500 to my face for a single tree removal. It's now $3,000.
