Properties not as extravagant as others but always stress free and in beautiful safe neighborhoods with no crime. You won’t get the work around here or be left worrying about unexpected fees later. Maintenance requests are processed quickly. They are always friendly and easy to get in contact with unlike other local companies (stay clear of SPM)

Sharing in hopes of being taken more seriously as living in this rental home is becoming very uncomfortable. My husband and I have been renting a house here for almost a year (lease was supposed to be up in July) but we renewed a few months ago, and I’m really wishing we hadn’t. The majority of this stay was fine with no issues, until we realized the house really isn’t taken very good care of, and because of that we as renters suffer the consequences.
