Sharing in hopes of being taken more seriously as living in this rental home is becoming very uncomfortable. My husband and I have been renting a house here for almost a year (lease was supposed to be up in July) but we renewed a few months ago, and I’m really wishing we hadn’t. The majority of this stay was fine with no issues, until we realized the house really isn’t taken very good care of, and because of that we as renters suffer the consequences. We just moved here all the way from CA and rented a home through Hendley properties. We moved in 4/1/25, the house is perfect and just what we needed for our small family. JD made the whole process smooth and easy. He was very polite, professional, and communicative. Definitely recommend renting through them if you are looking.
Property has been fine for a college student. Team has been responsive to needs. They started a new process to for a guarantor this year and to say it is invasive is an understatement. Unless you are comfortable giving them way too much personal information, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
