I am giving this servicer 1 star because of NO communication. My home warranty provider assigned him a week ago and he did not follow up with us at all. I placed calls, left voicemail messages, and an email. My wife finally got in touch with him today and he gave us the excuse that his phone had not been working and that the warranty company isn't supposed to be sending him any work to our area.
