Love Dr. Arcara! She was so awesome throughout both of my pregnancies.
Great place to go when needed. Everyone Is helpful and competent. The Dr's show concern and are excellent in communicating their care plans and follow through.
To be fair, the treatment we received from Doctor Arcara and the rest of the medical team was great. This review is ultimately for their billing system. We had our first baby here about 2.5 years ago. Things went well, and we did the payment plan so that we paid monthly throughout the pregnancy. Then after the birth we received a big bill. That seemed strange, so we got the billing person on the phone and went through every item and were able to prove that we had actually overpaid and they owed us a refund which they did pay... read more
