I went in for a gel manicure and saw Victoria. LOVE HER I have such sensitive nails and most nail techs don’t like that I ask for minimal drill usage and to please protect the integrity of my nail beds. She did that. She was gentle and did a phenomenal job on my polish. I had zero clue what color I wanted and she gave suggestions. I left with a lovely berry color that was PERFECT. She’s my go to girl from now on. Permanent client. Thank you Victoria for your professionalism.
The very, very very young girl at the front desk. I asked her if she would please give me a water. She was looking at some nail polishes, I told her to keep looking for the polish and just bring me the water. She never brought me the darn water the oriental woman who did my feet did a pretty decent job. I got the tropical pedicure wasn’t the best pedicure that I’ve ever had nor was she the best person in that specific shop which I frequented many times so I went to go pay I asked for a veteran discount. Fine from afar but missed the mark entirely. Did not push my cuticle back, on top of that left a gap between my nail and paint, so they already look grown in day one of getting them!they also did not cut my cuticles! To be fair, they did offer to cut my cuticles after the fact while I was walking out however I had a limited amount of time and they should have gotten it right in the first place
