Drs. Cohn and Selph have my confidence. Dr. Cohn seems mad at me and appears to no longer want to treat me. Either that or the website communication link is not working. I have a non-responding lip condition. In looking up medication treatment and use understanding, I came upon a study that I shared with Dr. Cohen. That seemed to irritate him. Often times small practices like this aren’t taken serious, and have a smaller, niche’ client base. So know they’re going to do whatever possible to move money from your pocket to theirs. Unfortunately I won’t be a patient here anymore despite the wonderful care of Dr. Cohen, because of a few members of the front office staff, namely Samantha. RecommendedI have been a patient of Dr. Cohen since he first came to Fletcher. With a 35 year history of psoriasis and new to the area, I found a doctor who was willing to listen and treat my skin while having my best overall health in mind. His team is fantastic from the front desk to Dr. Cohen himself. You will not be disappointed!
The entire staff is professional and Dr. Cohen actually takes time with his patients....which is extinct anymore in the medical profession.
Called for an appointment. Not helpful at all gave me August appt, then September then changed to December.
From the front office staff, the technical staff, to Dr. Cohen himself - I am thoroughly impressed. The office is in a nice location. I only waited about 5 minutes before called back. Dr. Cohen was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. I highly recommend Hendersonville Dermatology.
I would highly recommend Dr Cohen to my family and friends. He was able to remove busted capillaries and dark spots on my face using a IPL Laser, taking about ten years off!! He is a super sweet person and very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm thrilled with my service!!!!
Dr. Cohen is very professional and caring. I wish I had found him sooner. We have lived in Hendersonville since 2006. I recommended him to my husband for his annual skin check for cancer, and he liked him, too. He found Dr. Cohen very thorough. I have been seeing Aubrey for complexion problems. She has always chosen the right products for my type of skin and never pushed extra treatments.
