I am from Colorado and was riding a rental bike in the Smoky Mountains and The Blue Ridge Parkway. I had a shifter issue with the rental bike and called Hendersonville Cycle Specialists and asked if they could diagnose the issue and make any necessary repairs. Without hesitation, they said "Yes, bring it in and we'll get you back on the road."
