The saleswoman over the phone with Auto Star leads you on to believe that the salesman at the dealership will make a deal with you, only to hit you with a higher payment. Talked all morning on the phone with Auto Star about where I needed my payments to be at for the specific vehicle. She ensured me that "they" can and will work with me on said vehicle.(I'm not sure who "they" are, but "they" weren't at the dealership).Yeah right!
