My mother is a longtime patient of Dr. Timins. Recently she got stuck out of town without her heart medicines, so she called the practice and was promised a callback within two hours. No one ever called. The next day she left another message with the service and again never received a callback. Leaving an 82-year-old stranded without her heart medicines is unacceptable.
