IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING HERE, PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO. I have been here barely over a month and I regret it so much. This place is infested with roaches and they will not go away. I sent out a work order for mt dishwasher overflowing, it took them 2 weeks to come and the maintenance man lied about running a cycle and making sure it worked because it was unplugged the whole time. I’ve resided at Henderson apts since 2018 and live it here. When I first saw my soon to be apt I knew I was home. Ms. Blanca and Mia were in the office then and cannot say how knowledgeable, caring on point. Devastated when they left but life is about change and we adjusted. No one has been able to fill their shoes tho they have tried. I do believe that Joaquin, Sergio and Alex, who have been sent to rescue our complex are trying.They have done a 180 and it feels like we are in good hands again. I just moved in this month, and they gave me an apartment with a broken bathroom and no washer or dryer. I am sick and tired of asking them every single day if they can come fix the bathroom—not to mention that the washer and dryer still haven't arrived since the day I moved in. Don't move here unless you want to deal with constant headaches—especially since I'm currently having to pay for laundromats just to wash my clothes and my child's.
