I wanted to warn people who are looking to rent an apartment in the Cockeysville area. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HENDERSON WEBB!! I had just separated from my husband and needed a place for my grandchildren and myself to live. To Whom it may concern, I’d like to express my sincerest disappointment in the Henderson webb maintenance service. I have requesting an emergency service request for the past five days and I keep getting the same run around with no solution. I am suffering in my apartment and being denied services I paid for. This place is a joke. Here I am again waiting over 2 hours for maintenance to come fix my air conditioner leak and replace the moldy drop ceiling tile. This happened about a month ago as well and it took me calling about 6 times to ask where they were, before they finally sent someone out..my situation is considered an emergency yet they said if nobody is out by 8pm that we will have to wait until tomorrow. Hendersen Webb is absolutely disgusting!!! They have gotten worse over the years! I lived in Hendersen Webb for a little over 10 years. The past few years we had constant issues with our apartment. Infestation with bees, ants, roaches (from new people moving in). We had a serious mold issue last year. My daughter and I are asthmatic and we had 3 instances with mold in which they took their sweet time coming out. Last month was the absolute final straw! We had termites in our bathroom! I wish I could give this place a zero rating... this place makes me never want to lock into a one year contract ever again. My lease is almost up in a few months and trust me I'm counting the seconds. I moved in August 1, 2018 and my neighbors have been noisy since day one. I have written several complaints and management does absolutely nothing but make matters worse.
