My daughter is 37 weeks pregnant and is supposed to be going every week. She called the office today to see if they would see her and they won’t get her in. They told her she would have to wait til next week! Obviously they don’t care about their patients or the babies. I do not recommend at all! When you have someone that is 37 weeks pregnant you make room if they feel like they need seen!
So I have been calling the office today to try and get my medicine refilled it’s medicine that I can’t go without and the lady said I couldn’t get it refilled until I made a appointment then they could give me enough to last until then so they sent me back to the lady to get my medicine refilled and she kept telling me that they couldn’t bc I haven’t seen the dr since 2018?? I love Dr. Franklin, but the office staff are AWFUL. And they never answer their phones or call you back.
RecommendedDr.Franklin is a wonderful doctor very good bed side listen to you and so sweet love her.
I usually see Dr. Lassiter in Cullman or Dr. Edwards in Birmingham and i love them both so much! Today I went to see Dr. Franklin because I have mastitis and she was very rude and acted like she didn’t care about my situation, maybe because I’m not her patient I don’t know. But her bedside manner just really rubbed me the wrong way.
