I had this scheduled last Thursday between 3 and 4 and no one called or showed up. I tried calling the phone number twice and no answer. When I talked to him everything seemed perfect but I'm just so disappointed that no one showed up or called.
Joe is the owner and has been in business since the 1970's. He came right out, gave me an estimate and lots of good advice. He would not take any money until he does the work. I am pleased with his knowledge, and environmentally friendly methods. I surly give him an excellent review on Friday.
Excellent customer service! Came same day to address problem with ants. Matt explained everything up front and was very professional! Would highly recommend Henderson exterminators! Job well done!
Called them and left messages 10x and no response, no call back. May be out of business?
