Unfair fines. Not worth it. This is the only apartments that burdens the tenants with fines. An apartment with No security cameras. Ensure you take advantage of renter’s insurance.
The best place to live in KOP.. have been renting out here for 6 years.. clean.. beautiful.. luxurious..
Worst place eve do not move here there are plenty of apartments in the area that are nicer The leasing team is very rude and always charging extra fees They charged me $50 a day for cat litter no cat though. Tried to charge me $25 for a broom being on the patio

I really wouldn't recommend getting involved with this leasing office. Unfortunately, they seem to have some questionable practices, especially when it comes to hefty move-out charges. The leasing office and management, to be honest, come off as quite rude and not entirely truthful, making the whole experience less than pleasant. It's probably best to look elsewhere for a smoother and more trustworthy apartment.
