Was a pleasure working with Henderson roofing to get a new roof installed on my wife and I’s new home. Micah was very knowledgeable/professional and there to answer any and all questions throughout the process. Troyel and his crew did an amazing job and we are very happy with how the roof turned out. Quick 1 day job and were thorough with the cleaning process. Would highly recommend!
The experience with Henderson Roofing was top notch. Micah was our sales guy, and his knowledge and experience was fantastic. He was a roofing expert helping us solve our problem, not just a salesman trying to close a deal. Matthew was a project manager, and he was excellent. He was in daily contact with us as they worked to get everything scheduled and set up. I'm guessing none of these five star reviews had Josh as their sales person or Norm as their project manager. I signed a contract to have my siding replaced on 4/14, paid the initial deposit on 4/16, and a project manager came out on 4/30 to do a walk through of the project and ask clarifying questions. I had to reach out to my sales person to get that scheduled since I didn't hear from anyone in the days following contract signature. I had a great experience with Henderson Roofing from start to finish. They replaced the roof on my home and did an excellent job. During the tear-off they found some water-damaged plywood and kept me informed about what they found, why it needed to be replaced, and what the additional cost would be. Everything was straightforward and there were no surprises. There was a small issue with some ceiling damage during the work, but what impressed me was how they handled it.
