I submitted an application more than two weeks ago and here we are two weeks later and I have heard nothing about the application I submitted. I paid the application fee and now I have to turn around and pay another $75 to apply with another company, it almost feels like a scam
sent Henderson the required pool access form on 4/26. I confirmed their receipt and that I was all set. I went to use our pool and no fobs were activated. I had paid $80 to the old management company to get 2 additional fobs which Henderson continued to say has never been an option so I sent them the email that it was. This review is specifically about Henderson's new maintenance employee, Andrew. I introduced myself yesterday as a board member for my condo association, after watching him work for a while (he didn’t see me). I chatted with him for several minutes and was delighted to meet him and to observe that he is diligent and personable. Henderson definitely needs to hang on to that young man!
I filed a maintenance request to fix holes in the drywall and water damage from leaking pipes in the walls and no one has reached out to me to schedule repairs. When I call I just get transferred to voicemails. It takes a week for them to return calls and when they did return my phone call they said that a vendor would be reaching out to me in the next couple of days to schedule repairs and that was over a week ago. When I called them about this they transferred me to someone’s voicemail

The community manager responded on 4/19 and the work order was dispatched on 4/20 to the vendor. I had a leaky roof in my townhouse that caused damage on the inside of my home. I just received notice that the damage is not covered by HOA. What? Years ago the same thing happened and the damage was covered. Is Henderson Properties changing the rules. No changes were made to the Declaration and Covenants. Bylaws. Only positive from my perspective as a property owner was they collected the tenant rents on time and deposited them to my account. BEWARE, their maintenance people do sloppy work, often unfinished and the charges are rediculous. The "so called inspections" that they profess to do semi annualy are of no merit and you pay for them. If I could give a zero, I would. This company is horrible. They have incorrectly accessed late fees on annual dues when they have been paid on time. Then they require for us to fill out a form and provide documentation to get the inaccurate late fee approved removed. This has been an issue for many of the residents in Atwater Landing. If they would do their job correctly, they would not need to spend our association money sending delinquency letters and correspondence that don't need to be sent. Your assessment payment was received and posted to your account on 1/11/21, and since it was not received by the due date of 1/10/21 a late fee was assessed.
