Not impressed. Run is what is shown find another company. Rude inconsistent managing. They need to realize customers being happy makes them have more business. Unhappy customers make or break you. Word of mouth think about it. Poor Managers means customers move opposite .nIn my experience poor mgmt goes directly up the ladder. That's usually where problem exists.
Amazing customer service! Went out of their way to deliver oil to my grandmother after Helene. She was a new customer and they got to her next day!
We love Hendersonville Oil! We always get a polite and friendly person on the phone when we call, they always work us in for a delivery if possible, and they are so helpful when we have any issues! Always call them first!
