Dealership likes to LIE and not fix thing properly!!! THEY GOT THEIR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT customer service after that!! my 2020 Rogue with 11 miles. After 2 ½ years the clear coat started to come off. I went to Findlay Henderson Nissan. I was told that they cannot do anything about. I was also told that they rogue was out of warranty. WELL BOTH ARE LIES!! THE ROGUE WAS UNDER THE MFR WARRANTY!! my contract had the date purchased, OH!!NOW, THEY SAID THEY WOULD HELP. They took pictures,only took picts of the real obvious ... read more

Worst company ever why should the customer have to call over 10 times a day to still get no answer it's been over a month trying to get answers on a refund nobody is willing to answer the phone no emails back. Definitely regret purchasing a second car from this company. It should not be this hard to get a refund after paying off a vehicle

Mrs. W****** cancelled her GAP Warranty through her lien holder directly. Our office received notification from her lien holder on June 28th that they are processing the GAP cancellation and they will calculate the refund and send it directly to the customer. Afterward, Henderson Nissan will be charged from the lien holder on our monthly account. This company miss represent a car to me my 2015 Nissan rouge has so many problems that they claim were check in vehicle inspection was told I would get a report never got it spent $800 after two month of having car for repair took car 3 times to service still not fixed the are commuting fraud doing this end something need to be done

Fabian is a Great sales person , but I've been having Too many car problems with my 2017 Nissan Rogue since going there in 2019. Just recently I had my axels oiled because I was told that's why my car was making this clicking noise , I payed for that and as I was leaving in my car the noise still exited and I immediately went back and told Fabian. The car was taken back to the mechanic and now I was told I needed a new axel! Luckily I didn't have to pay for it but this mechanic should of known what the problem was from the b... read more

These people are awesome. I have been getting help with all my services from a really great manager Fabian. My vehicle is a Costco Fleet car and we had to go to another Nissan Dealer to purchase it. I moved my records to Henderson Nissan. It was not long when Fabian moved to Henderson too.. How could I be so blessed. He is excellent in his field, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Nice to have excellent service thanks to Chris P*******, asst. manager at Henderson Nissan. My intelligent key was starting to not work, so I called for advice, and was told to bring it in to get it checked. In an age where excellent customer service is getting rarer to find, I was so pleased to be helped by Chris. I didn't have an appointment, but he took the time immediately to look at the key, replaced the battery, and tested it all within 15 minutes.
