The ladies at the front are inconsiderate and unwilling to be helpful in anyway. Get into a different field if you dont want to help people. Get an accessible door also.
Reception staff are very rude and unfriendly. They act like you are an inconvenience. Just want you want when you are in pain or are looking for medial help. Doctors are the complete opposite. My family Doctor and my wife’s Specialist Doctor are great, friendly and positive, you would think the staff would show the same energy.
Receptionist was very friendly! Beautiful lobby, lots of seating. Meet & greet went well, good vibes so far from Dr. Fashola, and the staff! 😄
Long wait, rude unprofessional staff, and wrong diagnosis. I came in for a walk-in appointment with Dr. Kemeni and ended up waiting over an hour, even though the clinic was not particularly busy. During my wait, I could hear the doctor in the next room laughing and chatting casually with another patient, there was clearly no sense of urgency despite others waiting.
