I originally thought that this was a good realty company, but I saw what they felt about me at the end of my lease. Of my $800 deposit they took nearly $600!!! I rarely used the dining room or living room, but they charged me $100.00 to clean the carpet. I was charged $120 for a so called MOVE-OUT cleaning.
