I brought my car for a 1:15 appointment for an OIL CHANGE - they told me 2-3 hours I expressed that I HAVE to pick my son up by 6pm because he is a MINOR in an after school program- they said no problem and ubered me to the gym 6 minutes down the road instead of my house half an hour away - around 4:50 I called MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND SPOKE TO a woman in the service department and a customer service woman both said they can’t get ahold of my service provider and that they themselves called I ubered myse... read more
