Good customer service!
Jeremy in service was amazing to work with! He took extremely good care of my elderly mother, whose car had an unexpected problem. He provided very thorough communication which was so helpful and he followed through on everything he said he would do. Give this man a raise!! Will definitely recommend people to this dealership for the exceptional service.
I took my car back to Henderson Hyundai for a second visit and inspection. They diagnosed the issue immediately. Once again Michelle S was amazing and secured me a loaner vehicle. I was given a date when my car would likely be ready for pickup and actually they finished it 5 days ahead of schedule. I trust this business and will always drive across the county to bring my car there for any issues/inspections/repairs.
This dealership is the best. I live in Northwest close to a competitor but drive 30 miles in triple degrees to have them service my vehicle.
