Ryan and James installed a new unit for us and did a great job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working.
Shawn came out a little over a week ago and diagnosed & fixed the issue on our mini split quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend Henderson’s due to this experience.

We have had another company messing with our heating and air for 3 years, even had a new unit and then warranty replaced it. It's still been 78° in there in the summer and we would have to use emergency heat in the winter. Our utility bills were crazy because the unit never stopped running. Shawn came yesterday, put foam behind our thermostat where there's a hole that continually let hot air in during the summer, it read 80° on his thermometer. Our AC went out and we were in the middle of a heatwave. It was 7:30 pm when we noticed it. I was able to get ahold of Henderson Hearing and Cooling first thing the next morning. They had someone at our house before 8:00 am and had our AC fixed in no time. Highly recommend Brad and his crew at Henderson!
