As a residential builder, I pride myself on prompt service and reliability when it comes to customer service. I waited nearly half a DAY from a 2-week scheduled repair to be blown off as they were too busy in Detroit. I might, MIGHT was told, be able to get them to come back out by the following Saturday since they don't do work past 4:30pm!!! I called the emergency number for Henderson glass at 7:15 this morning when I arrived at work for the Castleman Eye Center and spoke to Char. The door window in our building had been broken. Within a short period of time Ron (aka Jody) and Thomas were at the office to measure for the glass replacement. Julian called to say that the glass is in and the techs will be at the office shortly to install. The work was done quickly and proficient and they were nice.
Henderson Glass does excellent work, in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. This is the only glass shop I'll go to from now on!
