Our experience with Pollack Glass of Lansing (now part of Hendersons) has always been top notch, including our most recent windshield repair. Manager Pat goes out of her way to accomodate the customers needs. Technician Bob has experience and expertise that spans decades. He takes the time to do the job right. Highly recommended.

My 87 year old mother took her 2014 Impala LTZ to Pollack Glass to have the windshield replaced. Pollack Glass replaced the windshield with one that is a different tint than the original and doesn't match the other windows. When my brother noticed this, they called Pollack Glass and were told "Too bad. There is nothing we can do". Taking advantage of an erderly woman is BS and I will never go back!
