Based on my wonderful encounter with George, I can’t imagine going to anyone else for our future garage door needs. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and his willingness to go above and beyond the scope of my job request. Not only did he replace and reprogram my faulty door remotes, but he also offered to adjust the workings of my always old garage door, so that it now runs smoothly and is as quiet. Terrific service - highly recommended!!
My garage door has been ailing for some time, and one day it just failed to open. Called Henderson Garage Door Repair and talked to a very friendly and helpful individual who let me know when they could have someone come by to help. John arrived on time and was very helpful. He fixed the problem and made the door quieter than it was before. He adjusted a few settings, noticed one of the hinge is broken, fixed it, and everything is good to go. Couldn't be happier!
George showed up within 2 hrs of my call. He repaired my garage door immediately.. I so appreciate some personality and knowledge and no pressure sales tactics No one wants to deal with pricey home repairs but there's a lot of factors that can help in this situation and George definitely helped me deal with the stress of the whole thing. On time, reasonable and super friendly! You can’t ask for better than that!
My garage door was not opening and closing. I wasn't sure if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I called and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He said someone could be there in a couple of hours, same day. The technician looked at the garage door, explained options, and pricing. He was very helpful. I decided to have it repaired, and he was able to repair it that same day. It also comes with a good warranty. Highly recommend this company.
