Update: I did finally receive my checks — which is the bare minimum they could do — so I’m adding one additional star. That said, my overall experience hasn’t changed much. This dealership, like many others, clearly cares more about closing a sale than actually helping customers after the deal is done. As always, Henderson Chevy’s Dealership is on point, but their salesman Benny is AMAZING !!! He handled everything from paperwork to customer aftercare with ease and professionalism. Benny made it easier to say yes to my new truck purchase. He was there with me every step of the way, even after I drove off the dealership lot with my new truck.
