back in 2017, I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. my experience back then was relatively smooth and easy, and I had to roll over a vehicle I purchased only a few months prior because it was such a poor vehicle and still absorbed the cost of that loan. that's why I wound up spending $35,000 on a vehicle that was maybe worth 20 to 22,000 at that time. there were a few recall notices which they addressed, at one of them is now a point of contention which is why I'm posting now. there was a customer service program... read more
Called about settings (Front camera needed to be serviced) and was told just come in, no appt needed .Went in and was told they needed the car all day. Made an appt to leave the car all day.Went in today for my appt and was told they needed the car for 3 days. Really can’t believe this is the way a company runs their business.Do they not understand there are elders who only have one car who can’t leave a car for 3 days for a minor setting adjustment.
Generally, in the past I have received good service. This particular visit was very disappointing. My 2020 C8 Corvette with 17K miles suffered an electrical problem. The dealership was unable to resolve the issue and had to rely on a representative from Chevrolet come in to assist. This took two weeks to accomplish. I’ve had the worst experience with the service department at Henderson Chevy. On 8/13 my husband took his car in due to the AC not blowing cold. On the 15th we got it back and it was still not working so we called and let them know they said bring it back Monday. We brought it back on Monday the 18th and they provided a rental said it would be a couple days.
