Don't believe the hours of operation. They are NOT; I repeat, NOT 24/7. The psychiatrists work standard 9-5 hours and will NOT be there to assist you if you get there at 5:00 PM on a Thursday after riding your pedal bicycle (not motor) all the 17 miles from Hollywood, Florida to 441 for an unnecessary but court mandated order to psych eval because of some dumb legal shit. Very unhelpful. Not the best services or care
If I could give this zero stars I would do not send your friends or family here the employees are great but the staff is not absolute disgusting
Called because my daughter was in crisis and they said someone would be out after and hour and 15 minutes I call back and someone said I should have called the police! Nice help to diffuse a situation. Worse service and therapist ever!
