Brooks and Sam built me a great house. I received what I was promised. Any problems that came up were solved. Trustworthy group that will build you a solid house that will last. I have zero regrets. Good job guys!
Brooks has been amazing to work with! He is very organized and thorough. He doesn't mind explaining things (sometimes more than once) or meeting in person to talk through ideas. We also enjoyed working with the vendors he recommended. We could tell he had a good relationship with all of them. He was very upfront about pricing and quick to get us additional quotes as the build progressed. Henderson Building Group just finished up my lake house in Mooresville. I am legitimately smitten. My house is absolutely beautiful. Equally important as the end result, was the process. This is my second custom home, and Brooks and his team were AMAZING. His approach is so great, he's so easy to work with - and his team of subcontractors and vendors are equally fantastic, not to mention his project manager Sam, who is a delight.
