When I called the crisis line, I was told to call the police because my son had acted out violently so I asked if the police could come with them and was told no. The therapist called from down the street asking if my son was violent with anyone and I said he was NEVER violent with anyone else but me and once got in a fight at school because he was bullied. This company is just not helpful and seems like they don’t have enough experience. I had a few moments inable to make appointments because of things such as life and my commitment was to get help. i was reached out and seems like a therapist had there own personal issue and had attitude with me. I will use there services again and with there lack of empathy. considering I’m giving a call for therapy to a THERAPIST, you should NEVER client to another belittle, overuse the words sweetie and sound condescending.
