I just had one of the worst auto repair experiences that I've ever had at Henderson Auto Repair. 2 weeks ago a took my car via tow-truck to Henderson's and was told that it might take a day or two to fix. I was told the next day that the "igniter" was bad and had to be replaced; that the part had to be sent for and it might take a day or two. Total repair price would be $355.00 which with the help of my ladyfriend, I paid since I had had some service done before at Henderson's and was reasonably pleased with it. 2 day later ... read more

The worst ever – I took my car to Henderson's because it was cutting off and running funny. When I first got there the mechanic said I needed a major ($400) tune up. I was unable to afford that so I asked if he could just do part of the tune up that I could pay for. I asked if an older relative could pay the full amount over the fone by credit. When I got back to the shop the guy who runs the shop, Jim, said that he told my grandmother that the car needed the tune up to get running and so she paid the full amount. As angry a... read more

The worse place ever!!!!!! – After failing emissions I used this establishment to fix my car.I carried my car to them to have my o2 sensors replaced(oxygen sensors).About an hr after I left the lot my service engine light came on.I returned that next day and expressed my concern,and he put some hand held machine under my steering wheel punch some codes in,and my light went off.Literally 30 minutes after leaving my light came back on.I returned the next day and then they told me I needed a catylic converter.My car is an 06 wi... read more
