Do yourself a favor. Don’t question this service. They know more than anyone you’ve talked to. Minds closed if their authority on the matter is remotely questioned. You could be stuck 120 days with an appraisal lower than 6 years ago, even with all major systems replaced. No, it’s not a mobile home, although one 3 miles from me on half an acre appraised 12k more.
